Refuge at Whitehall is a residential community in the North Charleston area. Our homeowners association supports the upkeep of shared spaces and works with residents to care for our neighborhood.
Our common areas include the pond and fountains, community dock, pavilion, and playground. The HOA coordinates maintenance of these spaces, landscaping, lighting, and irrigation.
The Executive Board consists of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. The Architectural Review Board (ARB) reviews proposed exterior changes through the HOA application process.
Preservation Lane is a shared easement alley providing garage access for ten properties. The Preservation Lane chair coordinates matters relating to this shared access area.
